All cult products are warranted to the original registered product purchaser and the parts of the cult products (the ‘Product’) listed below, under normal use and service, shall be free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials only for the period beginning from the original date of purchase set forth below.
Domestic Treadmill Warranty

Criteria to Claim Warranty: The product should be under the warranted time frame from the date of purchase for the warranty claim to be valid, the user should not be overweight or above the prescribed weight limit (This weight limit varies product-wise and is briefed to the customer during installation; the maximum user weight would be allowed with the deduction of 20kgs to the set weight, no physical damage(Wear & tear not considered) and not using a domestic product as a commercial one; then a warranty claim is considered valid.

Any warranty claim applies if the product is purchased through authorised vendors(original bill of purchase is required) 

What is covered in the Warranty?

The Warranty only applies to products manufactured by or for cult. 

cult warrants each of its products against defects in materials or workmanship (‘Defects’) for the Warranty Period identified on the product label, computed from the date of receipt of the product by the purchaser (‘Warranty’).

If a product is replaced during the Warranty Period, the replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the Warranty Period of the original product.

Based on the SKU, herein the following warranty is applicable 

Frame - 3 Years 

Parts - 1 Year

Service - 1 Year

  • For exercise bike and manual treadmill:

6 month's warranty is provided on *parts and service.

What is not covered in the Warranty?
  • The Warranty does not apply to conditions caused by physical damage, improper use( weight not supported / usage in gym / commercial purposes/ Rat bitten cases )or normal wear and tear after the original sale. 


  • The Warranty does not cover any loss or damage resulting from address change, improper installation; unauthorised repairs, alterations or modifications of the original condition, improper use of electrical/power supply, loss of power, dropped product, a malfunction or damage resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions and transportation damage.


  • The Warranty stands void for theft, abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism, or environmental conditions (fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake, or exposure to weather conditions).
  • The Warranty does not cover loss of use during the period the product is awaiting parts or repair, and products purchased from unauthorised dealers.


  • Any password-protected area, reset options, upgrading or tweaking system firmware, software, or the application will not be covered under this warranty. Any such modifications done to the product shall deem the warranty null and void. 
  •  Damage incurred due to shipping and handling (apart from initial delivery) does not constitute a defect under this warranty.


  • All or any claim(s) as detailed above about the warranty shall be made before/by the last day of the Warranty Period as defined above. Any claim received after the last day of the Warranty Period will not be valid and applicable charges will be levied


  • The warranty is strictly non-transferable (Gifting instances/transferring of ownership). Original proof of purchase is mandatory while claiming a warranty.


To & Fro Charges within Warranty

  • If there is any requirement for spares, they will be dispatched absolutely free of charge and the entire cost to be borne by cult.
  • If the replacement request is placed for any product,  to and fro charges will be not applicable and the cost has to be borne by cult.
  • One free repair-related technician visit post-installation is granted in case any concern arises with the equipment during the span of the warranty. Rest all visits from cultsport authorised technicians are chargeable(If required).
Recommendation:

We recommend the use of a stabiliser to protect your treadmill from voltage fluctuations which is very common in India. These voltage fluctuations damage electrical appliances including treadmills.

Domestic Bicycle Warranty

All cult products are warranted to the original registered product purchaser and the parts of the products (the ‘Product’) listed below, under normal use and service, shall be free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials only for the period beginning from the original date of purchase set forth below.


Based on the affected part, the following warranty claim policy is applicable:


Parts covered under the warranty for manufacturing defects:


Frame & Rigid Fork: The warranty period for this particular part is 1 year

Covered: Threading issues.

Not Covered: Dents, rusting, fading and physical damage.

Electrical Components for E-bikes(Battery, Motor, controller unit and wiring harness): The warranty period for these spare parts is 1 year.

Not Covered: Physical damage, damage due to voltage fluctuation during charging and improper charging of battery.

 

Components -The warranty period for these spare parts is 6 months

(Suspension Fork, Stem, Handlebar, Seat Post, Saddle, Hub, Pedal, Freewheel, Chain, Chain Wheel, BB Cartridge Kali/Neco)

Covered: Bottom rod pulled out, broken base (saddle), thread issue, broken.

Not Covered: Deformed, physical damage.

Electrical Components for E-bikes(Throttle, display unit, Ignition): The warranty period for these spare parts is 6 months.

Not Covered: Sensors and any form of physical damage.

 

Rubber & Plastic Parts (Tyres, Tube etc): These parts are not covered under warranty. 

Stand & Spoke: These parts are not covered under warranty.

Eligibility Criteria to Claim:

(i) The product should be within the warranty period (as provided above) from the date of purchase for the warranty claim to be valid.

(ii), The warranty is confined to the user/purchaser of the products and is non-transferable. This warranty is applicable in India only and can be claimed only upon furnishing a valid invoice for the product.

(iii) For the warranty to be claimed, the product and its accessories shall be used in accordance with the instructions provided in the product manual (which comes along with the product) or any other information that may be available online on our website.

(iv) Any warranty claim applies if the product is purchased or serviced through authorised vendors. 

Terms & Conditions of Warranty Claim:
  • One technician visit is provided by cult after the installation of the product; all other services are payable, and only parts are covered by a six-month manufacturing warranty. 
  • Replacement of any part, component, or product is to be approved by the CS team after considering all the evidence. (Error video and the technician’s statement on the actual degree of damage ).
  • Servicing is important in bicycles (at least once every 6 months); if the parts are getting damaged because of no service and rough usage then the parts and service will be chargeable even within the warranty.
What is not covered in the Warranty?
  1. Warranty is not applicable for normal wear and tear, ignoring service advice (regular maintenance), damage or failure due to accident, deliberate act of misuse/mishandled, abuse or neglect, or modifications and servicing carried out by unauthorised service organisations or persons.
  2. Tyres, tubes, stand, brake pad and spokes are consumables, and these are not subject to warranty. In case the damage occurs within 30 days from the date of delivery, replacement is still provided to the customer considering it as a manufacturing defect.
  3. Warranty will be void in case of any material alteration or modification in the original product or its components in respect of which warranty has been provided.
  4. All or any claim(s) as detailed above about the warranty shall be made before /by the last day of the warranty period as defined above. Any claim received after the last day of the warranty period will not be valid and applicable.
  5. Warranty does not cover any loss or damage resulting from address change, improper installation, unauthorised repairs, alterations or modifications of the original condition, improper use of electrical/power supply, loss of power; dropped product, a malfunction or damage resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions and transportation damage.
  6. Warranty stands void for theft, abuse, misuse, neglect; vandalism, or environmental conditions (fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake, or exposure to weather conditions).

Smartwatch Warranty Policy

  • Battery: As a consumable part, the battery's performance degrades over time and is not covered under warranty.
